Hi, my name is Justin Gramm, and I am a San Diego Buyer's Agent. Globella Buyers Realty (my company) is an Exclusive Buyer's Broker, which means that Globella never takes listings and never represents sellers.
I specialize in representing the best interests of the home buyer. I worked as a traditional real estate agent for two of the largest real estate firms in San Diego before starting Globella, and here is why I decided to become an exclusive buyer's broker: I found that home buyers were getting the short end of the stick, and I didn't like it. I saw that sellers were treated like royalty, but that many buyers were receiving inferior service (and no loyalty) from their so-called buyer's agents.
I found that I truly enjoyed helping clients through the process of buying a home in San Diego, and I set out to create a home buying experience that truly puts the interests of the buyer at the top and produces raving fans! That was back in 2008, and my company has worked exclusively with home buyers ever since.

About Justin Gramm, Broker Your San Diego Buyer's Agent
As you know by now, I am a San Diego Exclusive Buyer's Agent. I've been practicing real estate in San Diego since 2005, and I started Globella Buyers Realty in 2008.
Over the years, I've learned that each home buyer has a unique situation and a different set of desires and goals. I've found it's best to put the focus on YOU, adjusting and catering my services to best serve your needs as a home buyer.
I often think that my interest in Science and Mathematics (B.S. Degree, Grand Canyon University, 2002, Mathematics Major, Secondary Education Major, and Biology Minor) helps me to be a problem-solver for my clients (helping my clients find the right home with the least amount of hassle possible).
Another one of my strengths is my heart for teaching. As we drive or walk from home to home, you will often find me teaching you about some aspect of buying a home in San Diego.
Outside of work, I'm married and have a growing family (three daughters, two of which are twins). I love to travel and see parts of the world I've never been to before, and I love learning from my clients' travel experiences. I enjoy sports (such as basketball, football, the Olympics, etc.) and spending time outdoors in San Diego, and I also enjoy reading.
